"sprinter" takes a break

while the rest of the country is having unseasonably warm weather (i.e. it was as warm in annapolis, md this week as it will be in b'ham in july), we finally got on own dose of sunshine. the drearies of march - known at our house as "sprinter - took a break this weekend. the thermostat even reached the mid-50s.

with sunshine lifting all of our spirits, our weekend was full of yummy homemade eats, bike rides (pat only), yard work & even some "crafting".

surveying the scene - are gardens were filled with weeds, spiders, worms & random buried tools (likely the handy work of a certain 2 year old who resided in our home last summer)


the flowers are not the only thing blossoming around here!
